Wishing you all the best for the holiday weekend, and wondering how you are feeling. Patriotic? Frustrated? Swindled by President Obama? Satisfied with your status as a citizen of the best country in the world? Satisfied with the progress we have made in achieving equality? Tired of political promises not kept? Angry? Nostalgic for a better time and place? Flag waving or just sitting around drinking, or all of the above? This is an open thread for the holiday weekend.
