Jared Polis comes to South Florida for Obama

Jared Polis, who stands to be the 3rd openly GLBT member of Congress (following in the footsteps of Rep. Barney Frank and Rep. Tammy Baldwin) Jared[1].jpgwith his historic win in Colorado, is coming to South Florida to help spread the word about early voting and Barack Obama.

Saturday, October 25, 2008 at 6:30 p.m. GOTV Center in Wilton Manors (Fort Lauderdale, FL) 2040 N. Dixie Hwy Fort Lauderdale, FL 33305

After the meeting, Jared and other LGBT supporters will be walking down Wilton Drive, stopping at some of the social hotspots to announce early voting and educate voters. Be sure to come by!
