A big welcome to Anthony Niedwiecki!!
In the interest of full disclosure, I must say one of the reasons why I'm especially excited about this contributor- he's my husband! But more importantly, Anthony is a brilliant activist for our community and a great addition to Bilerico Florida!
Anthony is a community activist, law professor, and lawyer. He currently is a professor and administrator at the law center at Nova Southeastern University, where he directs and teaches in the Lawyering Skills & Values Program. He also teaches employment discrimination law, labor law, and sexual orientation and the law.
He is also on the Executive Board of Fight OUT Loud, a national non-profit dedicated to empowering the LGBT community to fight discrimination and hate.
And in case he didn't have enough to do- he is also running for Oakland Park City Commission. Whew! Be sure to stop by Anthony's campaign website to lend some support!
